Ever-Last Epoxy Primer
(TS-6390) is a two component catalyst cured polyamide epoxy primer for
heavy-duty high traffic applications. A military formula that performs
according to government specification MIL-C-22750 so you know you are
getting the best! It is catalyst-cured providing excellent adhesion,
durability, chemical resistance and hardness in any flooring application.
It provides far better adhesion and chemical resistance than any
water-based or 100% solids epoxy. It should be on your short list for use
as a epoxy garage floor coating or in industrial or commercial
applications, where standing water is a concern or where there is regular
motorized traffic.
Use Ever-Last Epoxy
wherever there is salt, chemicals, fuel or abusive weather conditions
requiring exceptionally hard, highly durable epoxy primer. It is a fully
waterproof floor coating rated for constant submersion service. Intended
for use on concrete, wood, metal, fiberglass and composite materials. Use
it in commercial and industrial floor coating applications such as
manufacturing, warehouse, automotive repair facilities, boiler rooms,
kitchens, high traffic floors and walk in freezers. For added slip
resistance in high traffic areas add 1 lb Gaco-Grip or Tred-Tex slip
resistant paint additives on a per gallon basis. These non slip paint

Stats:
Best when top coated within 48 hours. Covers 300-400 square feet per
gallon. Dry to the touch in 2-4 hours, tack free in 8 hours, recoat in
12-24 hours. Pot life is 8 hours @ 70 degrees F. Apply using brush, roller
or spray (conventional, airless or electrostatic). Custom colors are
available on request. Available in 1 gallon, two gallon and 5 gallon kits.
Recommended
preparation:
Refer to Application Instructions Sheet included with order, label
directions and standard industry application practices. For best results
remove existing epoxy floor coatings, old floor paint, loose scale, wax,
oil and contaminates by sanding, blasting, grinding or power-washing prior
to the application of primer or coating. Concrete, masonry, tile, steel-
strongly recommend the use of TS-695 Etching Cleaner. All wood surfaces
must be thoroughly cleaned and dry before the application of primer or top
coatings. Steel: Where rust is evident recommend TS-5679 Phos-Pro Rust
Converting Cleaner. All surfaces must be thoroughly dry and free of
contaminates before the application of any floor coating system.
Thin & clean up:
Thinning not typically required. Use only with factory recommended
thinner, TS-605 Thinner. Clean all equipment thoroughly with TS-605
