Hard-Shell Urethane is a two-component aliphatic urethane intended
for use where heavy traffic, strong chemicals, impacts, abrasions,
high heat, spilled fuel, acids, alkalis, solvents, saltwater and
corrosion are present. Loss of adhesion, peeling, yellowing and
chalking can be a big problem with typical epoxy and acrylics, not
so with Hard-Shell Urethane. This extraordinarily tough floor
coating is recommended for all interior and exterior applications.

Recommended preparation:
Refer to Application Instructions
Sheet included with order, label directions and standard industry
application practices. For best results remove existing epoxy
floor coatings, old floor paint, loose scale, wax, oil and
contaminates. For best results sand, blast, grind or power-wash
prior to the application of any primer or coating. We strongly recommend the use of
TS-695 Etching Cleaner. All wood
surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and dry before the application
of primer or coatings.
Note: Recommend TS-104
Seal-It! instead of TS-695 for areas where moisture,
mold, mildew, water intrusion and hydrostatic pressure are
present.
Recommended primers:
TS-664 Etching Primer.
Thin &
clean up:
Use only with factory recommended
thinner, TS-620 Thinner. Clean
all equipment thoroughly with TS-620 Thinner or
TS 610 Lacquer Thinner.
