Mono Epoxy is a new generation
one-component product
designed to make epoxy concrete garage floor coatings easy enough for
anyone to do. It eliminates the need for grinding, blasting
or sanding in most applications because
it contains proprietary ingredients
that transport the resins into the concrete creating a
permanent bond.
Adhesion is *guaranteed
for 20 years without grinding, blasting or sanding - just
clean with TS-695 Etching Cleaner, allow it to dry and roll
it on – its that easy. When used as an epoxy garage floor
paint it provides superior performance and durability for
decades.
Mono Epoxy is guaranteed
to withstand spilled fuel, battery acid, radiator coolant
for 7 days with little or no effect. It is guaranteed to
withstand constant submersion for 10 years making it an
excellent choice as a basement floor epoxy coating where
there is water intrusion. It
is durable enough for industrial, manufacturing and
commercial applications
and lasts for decades when used as a concrete garage floor epoxy or
basement floor paint. The low odor easy to use formula

A minimum of two coats

Cleaner:
Its use eliminates the need
for grinding, blasting or sanding in most applications.
Note: Recommend TS-104
Seal-It! instead of TS-695 for areas where moisture,
mold, mildew, water intrusion and hydrostatic pressure are
present.
TS-780 Mono Epoxy
Primer:
Primer is optional. Use it to
achieve a thicker build finish.
TS-101 Thinner: Use as
needed. Do not substitute.
TS-160
Accelerator/Hardener: Accelerator/Hardener
is optional. Its use improves chemical resistance, hardness
and speeds dry and cure time.
