TS–200 Mono-Coat Epoxy

COLOR(S): Wide Range of Colors Plus Clear.

PRODUCT TYPE: Epoxy Ester.

DESCRIPTION: A single component epoxy recommended for use on floors and as a maintenance coating as a primer and finish coat. It provides exceptional adhesion, film build, hardness and cover-ability over a variety of surfaces. It offers excellent abrasion, scuff and mar resistance as well as corrosion resistance.

Intended Use: For floors or a maintenance coating primer or finish coat.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

VISCOSITY: 55-60 k.u.

RECOMMENDED WET FILM THICKNESS: Maximum 4 mils wet; per coat basis.

RECOMMENDED DRY FILM THICKNESS: 6 mils dry achieved in two or more coats.

DRY TO TOUCH: 1-2 hours

TACK FREE: 6-8 hours

TIME TO RECOAT: 24 hours

DRY HARD: 8 hours

WEIGHT SOLIDS: 34-36%

VOLUME SOLIDS: 29-31%

WEIGHT PER GALLON: 7.20 lbs. per gal.

V.O.C.: 550 grams per liter

FLASH POINT: 105° F.

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: 250-300 square feet when applied at 4 mils wet film thickness per gallon depending upon surface to be coated.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface to be treated must be free of all dirt, grease and foreign material and properly prepared. Concrete, tile and masonry: Should be etched with TS-695 Etching Cleaner according to label directions. Prime metals with TS-900 Fabrication Primer. Self priming on concrete and masonry in two or more coats.

APPLICATION: Brush, roller, or spray.

THINNING: Thin if necessary with TS-101 Thinner. 

CLEAN-UP: Tools and equipment may be cleaned with TS-101 Thinner or TS-605 Synthetic Thinner.
