CORPORATE POLICIES

TERMS OF SALE / PAYMENTS
All sales are paid in advance by check, cashiers
check, money order, credit card or wire. Credit and
payment terms are not offered to domestic or
international customers. All shipments will be made
after the payment clears our bank. Acceptable
letters of credit are irrevocable, drawn on a U.S.
bank with 50% being payable in advance and the
balance due upon presentation of bill of lading. In
the event a payment is not honored by the financial
institution on which it is drawn the customer will
be assed a return check fee of $25.00 per
occurrence.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Top Secret Coatings Inc. guarantees its products to
conform to its standards of quality control.
Liability is limited to replacement of product.
Recommended application procedures and equipment,
primers, thinners and sundries must be used
according to manufacturer’s recommendations written
and verbal. All products must be applied according
to label directions, written instructions and
standard industry practices. No other warranty or
guaranty of any kind is made by Top Secret Coatings
Inc., its agents, implied or otherwise unless posted
in writing.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Super Floor Coatings
Inc. reserves the right to substitute what we
determine are products of equal or greater value
without notice. Top Secret Coatings Inc. reserves
the right to change, update, alter or substitute
product ingredients, formulas, specifications and
packaging without notice.
PRICING POLICY
Top Secret Coatings reserves the right to change
prices without notice. Prices to dealers are based
on the full cases (standard packaging for standard
coatings products 4 gallons per case, 6 quarts per
case, for standard solvent products 6 gallons per
case, 12 quarts per case). A five-dollar ($5.00) fee
will be charged for each broken case.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Order changes and cancellations will not be accepted
after the shipment has left our facility or while in
transit. Order changes and cancellations must be
made within 24 hours by calling 360-651-9050 9AM-5PM
Monday to Friday PST. Refused shipments will be held
in Will-Call for customer pick up. Reasonable
storage will be charged after 30 days on all refused
delivery shipments and after 90 days are subject to
disposal without notice. Refused deliveries returned
without authorization will be held free of storage
for 30 days; after 30 days storage costs are
incurred. Unauthorized returns are subject to
disposal after 90 days without notice. All orders
are tinted or colored on a per order basis therefore
all sales are final on colored and tinted products.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on products
colored to order. Stock merchandise may be returned
or exchanged within sixty days. No returns or
exchanges will be accepted without return
authorization. All returns require an RTA (Return
Authorization Number). Approved returns are accepted
as product credits. Product credits are made F.O.B.
shipping point, less a minimum 20% restocking
charge. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and
product credits are not offered on batch, special
order and non-stock items.
CORPORATE POLICIES
COLORS
All orders are tinted or colored to order (see
return and exchange policy). In most cases solvent
based products are tinted utilizing the Degussa 844
colorant system. Water-based products are colored
utilizing the Degussa 888 colorant system. Federal
Spec 595 colors are available by request. For MT
(Mass-Tint) colors utilizing the Degussa 844 or
Federal 595 colorant system add $5.00 per quart, $15
per gallon and $70 per five gallon container. For MT
(Mass-Tint) colors utilizing the Degussa 888
Universal colorant system add $2.50 quart, $10.00
per gallon and $50 per five gallon container. For
special order colors and color matches add $10.00
per container.
SHIPPING
Correct and timely shipments are our goal, however,
we will not be held responsible for damages due to
shipping delays, order errors or miss-shipments.
Returns, credits and refunds will not be accepted on
rush orders. Same day rush orders will be charged
$20 per box. Small packages are typically shipped by
UPS Ground. Shipments by common carrier are prepaid
or shipped freight collect (F.O.B. origin). Top
Secret Coatings will have the discretion of
selecting the carrier. Palletized Dealer orders are
shipped freight collect unless other arrangements
are made in advance.
STANDARD PACKAGE SIZES
Paint: 4 - gallons per carton, 6 quarts per carton.
Solvents: 6 gallons per carton, 12 quarts per
carton. Pallets normally are loaded with 144 one
gallon cans, or 20 five gallon containers. However,
where space permits, up to 180 one gallon containers
per pallet can be shipped.
DAMAGED GOODS AND SHORTAGES
All goods are consigned to the carrier in good
condition. It is the responsibility of the receiving
party to inspect the shipment for damage (visible or
hidden) and for accuracy. All damage and shortage
claims must be reported with supporting documents
and invoice within ninety days. Shortages and
damages must be noted on the carrier’s paperwork.
When damaged goods are received after the packages
have been opened it is the responsibility of the
receiving party to file a claim for damages with the
carrier. Opened packages must be retained for
inspection by a representative of the carrier.

A copy of our catalog and dealer pricelist are
available by request at no cost. We have an
attractive discount program for dealers reselling
our products. Since there is no minimum buy in for
dealers it is easy and inexpensive to get your
dealership started. We offer a wide variety of
paints, coatings, solvents and sundries including
many hard to find military and government spec
items. Dealer catalog requests should be accompanied
by a valid copy of your business license and a
resale certificate which may be faxed to us at
360-548-8573. All dealer orders are paid in advance
by check, money order or wire transfer before the
order is shipped. Dealer pricing is not available to
contractors, however, contractors do receive
