and hardens all at once. Moreover, it increases
the bonding power of any top coating system
(including paint, mastics, etc.) by up to 300%
making it a compelling choice. Choose
it in lieu of TS-695 Etching Cleaner where
moisture, mold, mildew, water intrusion and
hydrostatic pressure are present. Zero
VOC, withstands up to 60 PSI hydro-static
