Ever-Last Epoxy
(TS-6433)
is a two component
polyamide epoxy floor coating for heavy-duty applications. A
military formula that performs according to government
specification MIL-C-22750 so you know you are getting the best! It
is catalyst-cured providing excellent adhesion, durability,
chemical resistance and hardness in any flooring application. It
provides far better adhesion and chemical resistance than any
water-based or 100% solids epoxy floor coating system. It should
be on your short list for use as a epoxy garage floor coating in
industrial applications, where standing water is a concern or
where there is heavy motorized traffic.
Use Ever-Last Epoxy wherever there is salt, chemicals, fuel or
abusive weather conditions requiring exceptionally hard, highly
durable epoxy floor paint. It is a fully waterproof floor coating
rated for constant submersion service. Intended for use on
concrete, wood, metal, fiberglass, aluminum and composite
materials. Use it in commercial and industrial floor coating
applications such as manufacturing, warehouse, automotive repair
facilities, boiler rooms, kitchens, high traffic floors and walk
in freezers. For added slip resistance in high traffic areas add 1
lb
Gaco-Grip or
Tred-Tex
slip resistant paint
additives on a per gallon basis. These non slip paint additives

Will not lift or imprint due to hot tires.

Produces an exceptionally hard impact and scuff resistant
finish.

Spray: up to 400 sq ft per gallon! Brush & Roll up to 350 sq
ft per gallon.
Self leveling formula reduces brush and roller marks.
Produces beautiful finish available in 100 colors plus clear.
Stats:
Covers 275-300 square feet per
gallon. Available in gloss, semi-gloss and eggshell finishes. Dry
to the touch in one hour, tack free in 8 hours, recoat in 24
hours. Pot life is 8 hours @ 70 degrees F. Apply using brush,
roller or spray (conventional, airless or electrostatic). Custom
colors are available on request. Available in 1 gallon, two gallon
and 5 gallon kits.
Recommended preparation:
Refer to Application Instructions
Sheet included with order, label directions and standard industry
application practices. For best results remove existing epoxy
floor coatings, old floor paint, loose scale, wax, oil and
contaminates. For best results sand, blast, grind or power-wash
prior to the application of any primer or coating. The use of
TS-695 Etching Cleaner
is recommended. All surfaces must be
thoroughly dry and free of contaminates before the application of
any floor coating system.
